The reality series has become a massive hit in both the United Kingdom and the United States over the past couple of years, and its popularity is showing no signs of slowing down. Nicola Roberts took the season one crown after her stellar string of performances as Queen Bee, ultimately beating out Jason Manford’s Hedgehog and Katherine Jenkins’ Octopus. 5 Masked Singers - Robin, Swan, Dragon, Sausage and Badger - return to perform again and to give some more clues to their identity. One celebrity singer will be eliminated and unmasked. The Masked Singer UK series two started on Boxing Day, Saturday, December 26, with 12 new mysterious celebrities. Three out of the four original judges have returned with Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross.

The Masked Singer is making a comeback for Christmas, with even more mystery celebrities in bizarre fancy dress.
The costumes for season 2 of the talent competition have been revealed, and a new judge is going to be joining The Masked Singer.
BAFTA award-winning comedian Mo Gilligan will be replacing Ken Jeong in the new series, alongside panelists Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Rita Ora.
Comedian Joel Dommett is also going to be returning as the host of The Masked Singer UK.

How can I watch The Masked Singer season 2?
The Masked Singer will return to ITV on Boxing Day at 7pm.
Filming for the show began in September, with the new cast of disguised VIPs performing in front of a socially-distanced live audience.
The singing competition is described as a “surreal and surprising guessing game that will see 12 famous faces compete to pull off the best performance”.
Who are the characters on The Masked Singer series 2?
The full line-up for series two is even more bizarre than the first – with one character just a blob of pink and purple mess…called Blob.
The contestants are Alien, Sausage, Dragon, Seahorse, Viking, Blob, Harlequin, Swan, Bush Baby, Badger, Robin and Grandfather Clock.

Badger ‘steps out of the sett but will this badger stand out from the crowd’.
The ‘rockin’ Robin is described as ‘hoping to deliver tweet harmonies and show that he’s not just for Christmas but planning to go the distance.’
Grandfather clock is described as the ‘original TikTok’ and ‘will be making every second on stage count.’
